After several years as a freelance interior designer, Peg found her forever home in St. Petersburg and founded Balancing Act Interiors in 2020.

Since then, the area’s beautiful waterfront, distinctive architecture, and vibrant downtown have provided endless inspiration, shaping a design approach that balances timeless style, everyday livability, and intentional functionality.

SENIOR DESIGNER

As Senior Designer at Balancing Act Interiors, Natalie plays an integral role in bringing each project from vision to reality. Her work spans design development, sourcing and specification, furnishings and material selections, client collaboration, and the thoughtful details that carry a project through execution.

Natalie brings a discerning eye for color, material, scale, and composition to each space, with an ability to see how individual selections come together as part of a larger, cohesive story. She especially enjoys the creative process of sourcing and layering a home, finding pieces and materials that feel distinctive while remaining true to the client and the character of the space.

Her personal design perspective leans collected, warm, and refined, with an appreciation for natural materials, rich textures, and unexpected details that give a home depth and personality.

Outside of the studio, Natalie loves spending time with her husband, exploring new restaurants, and finding inspiration for her own home.
