Step 1: Discovery Call or Email

This is a brief exchange to discuss the overall project, your vision, and to schedule a complimentary consultation.

Step 2: Complimentary In-Person Consultation

During this 45-60 minute onsite or virtual consultation, we will meet with you to discuss the details of your project, view the spaces, talk about your preferences, design style, budget, and timeline.

Step 3: Agreement for Design Services

After the consultation, we prepare a custom design agreement outlining the project details and fixed fee structure based on the defined scope of work. Once it's signed by both parties, and the deposit is received, we move on to Step 4.

Step 4: Photographs and Site Measurements

This is a separate onsite meeting where we will take measurements and photographs of the spaces to be designed and create detailed lists for design planning.

Step 5: Design Planning

We provide design solutions related to space planning, layout and color scheme using floor plans, renderings and mood boards.

Step 6: Product Research, Sourcing and Purchasing Assistance

With your personal style and budget in mind, we share product recommendations for paint colors, flooring, furnishings, rugs, lighting, window treatments, decor, artwork and more.

Step 7: Working with Vendors and Other Trades

Communication with vendors and other trades including product selection, scheduling deliveries, and overseeing contractor & handyman services is all part of our service.

Step 8: Placement and Final Styling

Now is the time for us to bring everything together and make your home ready to enjoy!
